In my roles as both an employee and as a Consultant, I’ve seen how the focus often falls on weaknesses rather than strengths, which in turn leads to miscommunication, distrust and lack of appreciation. I’ve encountered talented executives, managers, and employees who have lost faith in their organizations, themselves, and their Purpose.

I believe every individual possesses unique talents that should be utilized in service of a Purpose that resonates with them. When people unite towards a common goal and express their unique contributions, remarkable things can happen, transforming a group into a leading force in their field.

As an Organizational Development and Career Consultant with over 15 years of experience, I have gained experience in many disciplines: service, analytics, supply chain management and operations, and have developed an expertise in Data Technologies and Analytics both as an Engineer as well as a Manager at companies like Cellebrite and Payoneer. In recent years, I’ve specialized in Career Consulting and Organizational Development, focusing on Human Resources Development and People Analytics/Data, both independently as well as with major companies such as Deoitte and Aman IT Services.
